We are proud to present our Fall Sale Sponsors!
FBS Books is a second generation, locally owned and operated bookstore in Orlando, FL.
Their business is based on their love for books and reading. They are constantly working on putting new items on their website, and just in case what you are looking for isn’t on the site, be sure to ask. Taraleigh has been able to help me personally order many books/supplies over the past few months at prices below anywhere else I’ve found.
Taraleigh has four children, ages 10,7, 5 and 1. She lives a full life and knows how much good books can be a means of grace for her own soul to help equip her for the task of being a wife, mother and teacher.
In addition to books, her site also offers homeschool, preschool curriculum, and many great teaching aids.
FBS Books try to offer the most competitive prices that we can, even with being a small company. They are right there with us, homeschooling three of their children and they know how hard it is to find great curriculum at great prices. They strive to not only give you great prices, but great service as well.
FBS Books also offer many great perks and specials. The current promotion is the Back to Moms Program. Starting now until August 15th, with any (and every) $100 order you can have your choice of ANY Devotional/Christian Living/Theology/Parenting book from their store valued at $10 or less. (Just type the name of the book in the comment section at check out and it will be shipped with your order).
FBS Books is offering Boutique For A Week shoppers a special discount on PreSchool items. Just use code BFAW at checkout to receive 10% off your order (expires September 15, 2011). FBS currently has a Melissa and Doug Preschool Pack and a Kumon Workbook Bundle for your preschool or Pre K student.

Yolonda is the mother of 4 year old Amaya, who is of course the inspiration for the “Play-Lounge”. Yolonda enjoys spending time with her husband Thomas, Amaya, and their dog Simba. Yolonda has a degree in Psychology and has worked as a Health Educator and Counselor serving both children and their families in the Central Florida area for over 10 years. After becoming a mother, Yolonda recognized the need for an environment that was fun for small children yet a chill spot for parents as well.
Yolonda longed for a place to take Amaya that would allow her to play freely, without fear of being knocked down by bigger children, with play equipment that was age-appropriate, and an environment that was not over stimulating. The playground seemed like a viable choice but the intense Florida heat and afternoon thunderstorms limited the playtime. Yolonda also wanted a place that allowed her to relax and enjoy the company of other grown ups while Amaya enjoyed playtime with other children – all within her eyesite. Every place that Yolonda and Amaya visited did not fit the bill. After much research and exploration with the help of Yolonda’s business partner (Amaya!), planning for Amaya Papaya began! Amaya Papaya’s mission is to provide children ages 0-5, and their parents a unique experiences that will foster a sense of community , inspire family togetherness, social interaction, cognitive development and creativity.
